I’m fine with glasses but I’ve also been considering this. Problem is I’m damn near blind without my glasses my prescription like -5.00 in both eyes so they’d probably have to take off like half my eyeball :francis:
You probably would have to get visian ICL then if i can't get lasik

Did mine yesterday. I can see even better than when I had my glasses. Dry eyes are a pain though
It goes away. You’re going to love not being confined to glasses/contacts.

The only problem is your vision settles after a few weeks. My vision was sharp as fukk the first week or 2. I was a fukking hawk. I’m still 20/20, but I really wish i had that sharpness like the first week of the surgery.

Please go get a consult. Most places offer that for free.

After your consultation come back to the thread.

That's disheartening. The doc did tell me it would fluctuate over the next few weeks but as of right now I'm 20/20. I've read that some people settle at 20/15

I’m trying to get them to perform another surgery within a couple months.

I bought the lifetime package.

I’m scheduled for Monday. Literally have to amble through life for the next few days to make sure it goes off without a hitch, thank God I learned tricks to get around my blindness.
How did it go for you?

It was painful as shyt - I didn't need to take anything bc I have perf blood pressure but the pressure on my eye was unbearable. Just one more checkup but I'm already at 20/25 vision. I have video of them sucking the blindness out my eye and have to take some drops and pills now, but it feels good to not be blind. TG, don't know why I waited so long to get this done!
(My contact script was -7.00 and I kept having irritation from sleeping in my contacts so it's def worth it after 18 years)
I was thinking they numb your eyes or something before the procedure for some reason lol. I’m glad it went well for you!
