Wanted to tell you brehs dont let no one tell you you cant get no $$ out here. I graduated the bottom of my HS class, started at community college. Transferred 4 times (no lie) and ended up on a full scholarship to an HBCU in ATL. Got a military gig, graduated at the bottom of my class there as well
Out of a class of 100 it was 6 black ppl. Even they was talking about me bc they thought i was a bum. Bc im from the country and i talk w/a southern slur. Got to my unit and been holding it down. Just turned 24, making 55k, On track to make 6 figures (pre tax) in 3 more years. If i could go back to '06-'10 and tell them nikkas look at me now
Its not about me, im telling yall boys its not about where you start but how you finish. Nikkas counted me out and on paper it didnt look good for me and i stayed down with a plan, and made it happen. You dont gotta be the most hyped, valedictorian and all that. My own extended fam didnt understand what iwas on but now they see it come to fruition and they wanna give props. Take it in stride
They said i didnt have good enough grades, said i didnt come from the right family, *thought* i didnt have the intellect, but just stay down. You gon get it if you gotta plan. Just dont be out here tossing in he breeze
