Dance With The Devil was a raw ill song. The revolutionary dudes loved Tech, and a lot of street dudes too. He's a great artist, I wish he'd released more music actually.

Three things that held him back:

- Voice
- Delivery
- He became a conspiracy rapper..that is...he tried to get so smart that he knew everything.

Tech is the epitome of that early 2000's robotic underground shock value emcee. His delivery is so deadpan and stunted while saying the most outrageous shyt. If you really actually listen to some of those lyrics from Revolutionary Vol 1. the shyt is hilarious and vulgar at the same time. I thought he was dope as fukk on the first two albums then I kind of forgot about him as time went on.

Dance with The Devil is one of the hardest storytelling tracks of all time for this line alone "Cause I was there with Billy Johnson, and I raped his mom too" :ohhh::what::banderas:

*The bonus hidden track with Diabolic that comes on after the end puts it over the top as a classic.

Its crazy how in 12 years I have never heard Immortal Tech on any NY radio stations yet his music is worthy of such recognition.

3rd World is definitely his most slept on work. everyone complained about his flow but it improved drastically on that project. plus he dropped a track on NYC gentrification that's even more relevant today

and this joint is probably the definitive underground rap song of the 00s, only track from an unsigned rapper to get a quotable from the source

"The bling bling era was cute but it's about to be done, I'll leave you full of clips(full eclipse) like the moon blocking the sun" :whew:
