False.... Girls and women do care.... especially ones with options. The reality is that not every male can rock a bald look and still attract quality looking women as if he had a full head of hair. Hair matters(especially with asymmetrically shaped heads) and it can make or break you. Bald headed black men were eating big back in the 80's and early 90's, but the newer generation females don't like it. As a poster already referenced, you'll most likely get more attention form older females.

(I think) I lucked out (for now)on male pattern baldness. I'm 30 and my hairline is as good as it was in my teens. My father started balding in his 40's and was close to 50 before he was officially bald. What I had to worry about the early grey hair gene from my mother... She started turning grey in her teens. The only reason my mother doesn't have a lot of hair is because she is a die hard tomboy and hated doing hair, so she cut it off.

Besides a few grey hairs that you can't see when my hair is cut... I'm good.
