With one decant to go, finally got a straight up winner,.

Of course it's a tobacco scent, but y'all know me by now.

The tea and the raisin do take it up a notch.

Do I buy the 4ml or not, that's the question....

I like it. A lot. Another banger from Nishane & their "X" line as far as I'm concerned

The coconut is not overly sweet at all. And even with the rum, it's no super boozy either. It's all real subtle and damn near confounding....but in a good way.

I get the oakmoss the most on the dry-down. Shyt done lasted damn near all day.

Prin is a perfumer from Thailand, and prolly one of my earliest forays into niche/indie.

This is primarily a coffee fragrance, and it's right up there with the best of em.

It's a pretty damn good fragrance, but

Full Retail? No.
Discount? No.
Is it even Full Bottle worthy? No

2 mls is more than enough. There are a lot of scents that I really like, that I wouldn't wear all the time.

But it's one of those scents that definitely has a distinct opening, middle, and dry down.

Before I started wearing cologne, I didn't know that was a thing.
Now when I get a scent that actually does that for my nose I really appreciate it.

Their website mentions a touch of suede leather in the top note profile....but I didn't see that anywhere on the decant website or other websites. But it explains why I get a brief pungent smell on the opening when I was expecting something a lot more smooth/sweet. Thought these mfs used Bitter Almond Milk or sum shyt. Mfs out here wit secret notes like they working for Apple

I didn't get too much of the rose til about 20-30+ mins in, but the dry-down is where its at. More powdery than wood/oud but its a nice blend of the 2.

SOTD - Givenchy Pi - A masterpiece from 1998. The bottle design stands out in my collection and the juice keeps my wife all over me. Prince wore this stuff, nuff said.

It's an old hype beast. The guy who makes the stuff is a real "artiste" - the "e" is there because he's extra.
