nice burst of citrus off the top with that angel share dna underneath. boozy citrus, definitely made for the warmer weather.

Some brands make their items exclusive or limited for various reasons. I think they do it to drive up interest and prices, mostly.

So I’ve heard that Le Labo has some fragrances that are limited to certain cities like Paris or Miami. But in September they make them widely available. I could be mistaken.

This doesn’t make me interested though. In actuality it turns me off brands that do this because I look at them as pretentious.

Anyway I figured I’d ask: does Le Labo have these really great fragrances that are worth this effort?

I've only tried Santal 33 and Bergamote 22. Santal 33 was a no for me (it gave off a pickle accord. LV-Lvers perfected what Le Labo was trying to do with Santal 33) and Bergamote 22 didn't impress me at all. I personally have no interest in their frags and they are way overpriced for what you get.

i did a lot of smelling at retail spots over the weekend. the only conclusion I reached is I should have bought the bigger bottle of ingenious ginger....too many designer joints are absolutely not worth what they want

the only exciting thing I smelled was dior homme cologne, but it was gone with the wind by the time I went to the next spot
