He has the right to file for a modification of support because of a decrease in income.Yeah homie needs a lawyer. My cousin was making guap when he was married but got divorced and lost his job all in a short period of time.
CS was based on his old job while duke was stuck working retail.
Then he got behind so they suspended his license.
Same way a man can file for an end to support (but both parties have to agree) but it still doesn't take away his obligation for back CS owed.

Just finished a conversation with my guy from grade school. Long story short his bm put him on child support and his most recent check after it was garnished was.....$27!
My question is...how much do yall have to pay a month and how do yall make ends meet with the gov't shaking your pockets like that every month?
that cat didnt tell you the entire story...more than likely he was behind and they garnished his check to catch up...
he needs to contact the court...he can request a hearing to get this cleared up....
nikkas dodge the court and let the woman go and do all the talking and wonder why they get screwed....
ive been dealing with CS for almost 2 decades....never NEVER ignore court paperwork...whenever theres a hearing....GO.
