I'm doing 1250 calories a day and I'm doing pretty good, but there are some days that I just need that bulk to keep me satisfied. I eat oatmeal a lot, but eating that everyday is no bueno. Point me to some general foods that will have me full and is not crappy like bread or those bad carbs. :why::why:

MCT fats
milk protein isolate
casein
cottage cheese
eggs

Establish ketosis

More protein = less hunger.

EC = easy button.

You won't be eating many carbs @ 1250cal if hunger is a concern.

just from a hunger standpoint, if you eating big skinless chicken breasts and lots of green veggies, this will be less of a problem.

the best foods to eat and keep you from going crazy hungry are things like

chicken breasts or other lean meat, green veggies, beans, and oatmeal.

if you put like flavored protein or things like that in your oatmeal it will be way more tolerable.

ive noticed that outside of high protein foods, foods with high fat content seem to get you good too

"complex" carbs will do that too because of fiber content, cruciferous vegetables etc

drinking a glass of water prior to eating can help you feel fuller too

Anything extremely high in fiber. You can also start taking some Psyllium Husk with your meals, it's cheap.
