Kangaroo punch easily, their kicks are far more dangerous. You can survive a punch from a Kangaroo without much damage, a kick from a giraffe will almost certainly kill you.

I would knock a kangaroo unconscious no matter the size. Kangaroos never took 950 lb overhand right hands to the jaw. There isn't a kangaroo on earth that can withstand true human power.
