Apparently, people who have seen her at NXT house shows are real impressed by her. She has a 450 ~something in her arsenal. I haven't seen her NXT debut yet, since I'm getting caught up. But you can't go on first impressions. Most of these girls are still pretty green. Give them a little bit to improve, and I'm willing to bet they'll impress. The problem with women wrestlers is that because their careers are shorter, they go out earlier than men do and on a bigger stage. So people will always have their earlier, green, performances in mind no matter how much they do improve.
It's a shame.
sheets are saying that the WWE is disappointed with the crowd reactions Paige is getting, they thought she'd be more over. They also are disappointed with the performances of their main roster divas but are high on the NXT girls so they're thinking about calling some of them up. I'd say on the main roster they have more Divas that can work than divas that can't so I don't get that part honestly.
Also, I don't understand what they expect from Paige. NXT is a whole other beast compared to the main stage. Not only is the audience smaller but it's familiar. You can't expect the same reaction they get there as they do on the main roster.

Also, on NXT, the gimmcks get over more organically. Raw/Smackdown stay trying to make fetch happen.
Paige got over by being Paige. On the main roster, she has yet to show that same ferocity she did on NXT. Emma got over by being a heel that the crowd babyfaced on their own, because she was just so much fun. That shyt is not allowed on Kevin Dunn's no-wrestling-wrestling-show.
