To the topic of the thread, my father is taller than me, I ended up the same EXACT height as the males on my mother's side of the family, great-grandfather, grandfather, and both uncles

Majority of the people I know, mainly men, inherit their their father's height not their mothers. So for all of you who are saying you wouldn't procreate with a short woman because you don't want you son's to be short. Know that he can have two tall parents and there is still a chance that he will inherit great-grandma's father's short gene.
