My sweet Miss J. Mannnn this chick was my homie, lover, friend. Played her to the left and would literally never speak to her on the phone. Just text and texted. Well one day, she agreed to come over to smash. Gets to my apt and we chill. She wants to go get some dinner and I'm like naw, lets do the thang first. So I smashed and afterwards told her I had to meet a friend and couldn't take her to dinner. Didn't talk for over a year after that and it has never been the same. I'm repenting in here. Perhaps...but far from looking good, she's also now waaaaay more sophisticated and worldly and experienced and traveled than I would ever relate or match up to.
She just grew both physically and intellectually than me. Some days I thunk about how getting with her would've motivated me to reach for waaay higher heights than I currently do. No way a dude would see his girl achieving things and you're just bumming around.
Anyway, I'm glad for her...in some way.
