Let me take a guess...
It used to be a Black world, but its been disrupted by the whites imposing on our Black background (culture). Now the whites are the only ones who have "equality" and have ruined the solidarity of Black in the process. In theory, the Black should be able to overcome the whites, but the whiteness in & of itself disrupts the Black and forces the focus onto the whites, so the Black doesn't notice its own strength.
