There’s this white woman at work, mid 20s, who joined a few years back. Me and this west African breh are the only black men in our team but he’s cool as fukk.

This white woman has been flirting with me heavy but I turn down her advances. At lunch, this bytch doesn’t leave me alone and complains about work.

In particular, she tells me how the African breh always makes her feel uncomfortable, the way he looks at her body and compliments her figure. She then says how he’s always negative about her work ethic and has nothing positive to say about her conduct.

I pulled the African breh to the side and told him to chill in case she tries to go to HR. He looks at me confused saying:
“She’s constantly flirting with me. Blowing kisses at me and joking about going on a date with me.” He hits me with the. I hit him with the .

And other non-black colleagues have backed him up. When I’m not around, she apparently makes suggestive comments to him and he simply returns the favor.

See how fukking evil these CACs are? This is how we would get lynched. I swear I need to leave this place ASAP.

at least you got tunnel vision thats a positive thing, because women in the workplace get by covering their incompetence by being "open minded" to staff and management.

@BlackDiBiase thankfully, the breh I work with is smart and knows these CAC’s tactics. I actually knew him outside of work so we’ve chopped it up a few times. He only messes with black women anyway.

@situationlines its a catch 22 though. If you want to get promoted, you have to do that rubbing shoulders bullshyt. Thankfully, I can work independently if I have to. But yeah, I don’t want to associate with these people. All they do is talk shyt behind everyone’s back. I’ve stayed so far because the money is good but now I’m in a position to leave them.
