That's tough, cuz Katt Williams mannerisms are funnier to me than Kevin Hart's, but that ain't got nothin to do with it being a better comedian. I know Hart got the higher ceiling.

Maybe the mannerisms should factor in. Being a physical comic does mean the physical performance is just as important as the verbal.

I can't remember the names of all of them but he had three funny ones. The last one was the one about Obama, but around that time he was falling off.

Kat Williams is on another level and to ask "if" is an insult to comedy in general.
He's had tough personal issues which he believes is illuminati and I can't say that it isn't. But his body of work shouldn't be judged off of that. His standups >>> Kevins by a country mile. Let me Explain was really not very funny. It was hard to watch.
I still enjoyed it for what it was, but for that to be the highest grossing comedy movie ever? Doesn't deserve that or anything close to that. Someone said he had a higher ceiling?
Kevin hasn't proven he can do MORE than the same character yet.I wish him more success, but I feel he's just about at the end of this 15mins.
