Guy who happens to be a Astros fan:"The Yankees have been horrible the past 20 games, their starting pitching is looking terrible"

Hurt Yankees fan: "You shouldnt be talking your team sucks"

In my opinion, the hurt Yankees fan lost the argument... he cant accept the fact that his team is sucking so he just bashes the other fans team that has nothing to do with the subject at all.

When you get caught up, honestly the best thing to do is smirk and say "ok" with the . At this point you're not looking like a buffoon trying to come up with a witty retort and if your smirk is on point the person you're arguing with will be caught off guard by the lack of a retort and probably won't say anything either or start mumbling some gibberish.
