Brehs what's the wave when it comes to physique?

So I'm at 185 right now and low bodyfat(not sure of the exact percentage) but I'm definitely lean and look alot bigger than 185 at 6'1,I have really good genetics

My lifts are :
305 max bench
295 max squat
365 max dead

I also can rep 90lb dumbbells for seated shoulder press and also have some other very strong lifts for other body parts that's not big 3

I'm really thinking about just staying here and packing as much muscle as I can at 185,but apart of me wants to be 200 lbs as well.

I know that once you start to get in the 200's tho,unless your a genetic freak it's gonna be hard to stay lean past that weight.

So what's the move brehs?

Super lean and strong,look big but not weigh much

Or super strong,solid physique and be heavier

Except that 295 squat :huhldup:

But I feel skinny because the scale says 185,even tho when everyone else sees me they never guess 185 they always think I'm much heavier

And yea I lack on legs,gonna pick it up tho for sure

Weight is overrated. You're strong AND thick for your size, that's basically perfect.:dame: :yeshrug:

True I was thinking the same thing,it's just I guess I want to be a tad bit heavier I'll inbox you a pic no homo and you can critique better

I like being 200lbs vs 185lb......

Wouldn’t trade for the world. I still look the same, only slightly bigger.....

My guess is your legs aren’t as big as mine, I can pretty much guarantee that.

I'd stay at 185 and improve cardio both short and long distances.. you prolly look around 225 currently since you state that you are quite lean. You prolly have a lot of people's goal physique. Also back squat is overrated. I prefer front squats :yeshrug:
