yeah I work in healthcare and our vacancy rates are through the roof. Alot of older people during covid just said screw it and retired early

Between people retiring & employees leaving to other jobs with less stress my agency out here bad 
Considering it takes min 5 years to be competent & do your job with minimal help

I'm curious what the issues are but people don't talk about working conditions and being treated like shyt by employers. Since Covid, I noticed when I pick up food workers are spending a lot of time working on online/phone orders while customers are waiting. On top of that, restaurants are not hiring more to keep up with the demand.

Initially I think people retired….once work from home started booming they came back.
Once that slowed down is when you start to see the increase in retirements
