Here are your options (I've done 7 years of research into this shyt):
1. Accept it. Learn how to give yourself short hair cuts faded from the side or just completely shave it. If you still have your hairline, then I recommend fading it. If the hairline is going away, you need to completely shave it. You will take -2 or -3 points on the looks scale, unless you are in the 1% of dudes who actually looks better bald.
2. Do whatever you can to save your hair. The 'big 3" is finasteride, minoxidil, and nizoral. Start taking that. If you get limp dikk issues, better hop off that finasteride. You will likely get your hair back on this regimen if you stick with it for a year and for the rest of your life.
3. Get your money up and you can afford 2-3 hair transplants in your life, which should give you enough coverage. You may have to hop on Finasteride though.
*4. Look into Hair systems. They are becoming more popular and it is a quick fix. Growing industry, and a lot of actors use it. However, these can run up to 3-5k a year though. And there still is a stigma attached to wearing a wig/toupee.
*5. Microscalp Pigmentation. Lookup fouseytube. This is where they tattoo your shaved head with little dots to give the illusion you have hair.
I started off doing option 2, but the side effects from FInasteride were too much. Now I'm doing #1 with the fade, but the hairline is slowing going. So I'm considering 3 (have to do more research on it). I will strongly consider 4 if I become single tho (I got the money)
