So I got a session in this morning, but something weird happened - I was angrier but a lot more calm

I started to remember and think about things that were pissing me off but it was more of a "this shyt is trash...but it can be solved if I do X & Y" instead of just being pissed off

Can meditation make you angry by bringing things to the surface or sumn like dat?
