i agree with 06-10 maybe even more. not on a madonna/elvis level but in terms of hip hop he (IMHO) is the first rap superstar. kanye and hov are his only competition

as big as drake is he's not a superstar cuz he's not polarizing like wayne and ye are. and jay is the king so
