alcohol helps my social anxiety. doessnt mean its good for me and that i take it every day.
The same can be said of weed though
I sometimes have anxiety, but I control it by socializing and standing up to whats bothering me.

hey. i wasnt always like this. i just speak like this now cus this is the path psychedelics put me on and changed my life for the better. i still have a criminal record and struggle to get work. its just that if i could be changed and something could help me, then im gonna recommend it to anyone else having problems. cus i been down the deepest shythole of depression and anxiety. shyt this was me 2 months ago. i would fight anybody at anytime cus i was so angry at everything. massive social anxiety that i used alcohol to self medicate. i used to drink vodka at work and before every social event.
I try to keep my mind moving. Entertain myself. Read alot. Stay active, stay busy.
I'm a very private person and don't have the energy for others usually.

i dont really use weed socially at all tho. most weed in uk is indica. i cant socialize at all on it. i mainly use it at home and meditate on it now.
Reading helps with mine. When I don't read, I usually end up not being able to sleep because the anxiety gets pretty bad. I didn't go to sleep at all last night and now I'm looking for a book to read. I'm still trying to find an alternative that doesn't involve drugs.
But alcohol is different than SSRIs. I agree alcohol is bad. I don't drink at all. That shyt is poison
