There's whole post on a child support thread of how I got custody of my daughter and this was a little of the reason why....

I can only speak in the context of my situation and the men I grew up around....

I'll be truthful, Alot of men are p*ssy, there's no way I could be a sideline dad, picking my kid on the weekend or ever other weekend was never gonna work regardless of a new chick, job, whatever it might be

While I had to fight for custody from my baby momma for her to understand that point, it had to happen and we are the better for it

most men aren't willing to fight for their kid, we want to complain about child support and making moves, not realizing it is 150% full time job plus more, robbing Peter to pay Paul is a side hustle

Having said that unless you willing to fight for your kid to be in all aspects of their life don't complain about another tucking them in...

Edit: this isn't speaking to situations where the mom's isn't even allowing a father to be a father..

If you’re actually doing what you have to do as a father, your child will never put anyone above you because they bonded with you in the formative years. In addition to that, you can definitely set boundaries for what the “other person” is permitted to do with your child. In some states they are legally binding. For most people this fear doesn’t even really register with so much other shyt going on

As for the babymom fcking other dudes, who cares? I’ll never understand why dudes care about that. All you’re doing is giving yourself anxiety when you could’ve just as easily upgraded her. Remember, y’all broke up for a reason
