Yeah it says I choose to discipline my children according to the old school ways, which is how I was brought up. And I didn't turn out to be a violent ex-anything like those you claimed to have known. You're exactly right I'm going by experience. See I tried the new age route and saw where that was going, so I went back to the old school ways. It's been night and day.

Society itself is a good indication of how things have worked out. Statistics through about the last 5 decades will show that when the state got involved things went to hell. But we have a couple of posters without kids in here trying to tell us how it should be done. When "EXPERIENCE" is the greatest teacher.
