I weight 140 pounds soaking wet, am in the best shape of my life (workout 5 times a week), have literally maybe 1% body fat (I'm real slim...I'm trying to put on weight), and have gynecomastia. Yall saying "oh just work out" but it's not that simple. The Rock had to get surgery to get rid of his.

What's bad is mine is only in my left chest area, my right one is flat (just muscle) so it un-evens out my chest. I've had it since middle school. I plan on getting surgery to get rid of it.

For some people it's not as easy as "Oh just do chest presses" yall.
