I have a whole set of professional clippers (cost me all together around 500). I use the oster with a number 2 gaurd because my beard is on old school suge knight status right now. I also go over it with some hair scissors to get any stray hairs.

I rock my beard the same way, but a little thinner, on some permanent 5 o'clock shadow shyt. I use some cheap ass Phillips Norelco trimmers from Walgreen's. I think they only costed around $40. I just make multiple passes and my shyt comes out on point. Admittedly, I'm not aiming to have my shyt looking perfect though. I don't like that extra sharp, like I just came from the barber look.
