I'm currently 21...got my degree at 20, started a business around that age (registered corp), own a 2015 car, and am on track to buy my first home at 22. I could buy one before my 22nd birthday, but it would have to be a lot cheaper than my goal range [Downtown condo prices are no joke!]
For the breh's that are 30+ & make over 100k, would you date a young thang like me?
Not having my own place makes me a little insecure in the dating game- I don't want to be seen as too young or gold digger-ish...I'm just trying to save to own so I don't waste money renting.

Nope. I just wouldn't chill at your place. You'd just come spend time here. If it got serious the plan is going to be to get our own place eventually.
My Ex lived at home too. She's religious so moving in together wasn't going to happen unless we got married, (which we planned to). But her family was kinda strict (she had a curfew, I wasn't allowed upstairs, etc) so we just didn't chill over there often. Only if there was a Sunday dinner and an OCCASIONAL movie night on her living room couch.
She would even come here to get away from her house sometimes. Spend time here even when I wasn't around.

Idk where you live, but that's pretty standard in my neighbourhood. It's on the way low end of what I'm used to dating, so no- can't go lower; especially considering I make a very pretty penny myself.

I have my own place so I don't need my girl to have hers. If she's staying at home to save money and better herself then I'm all for it. My girl (we might've broke up last night actually, I'm not sure yet) lives with her parents. I'm 30 and she's about to be 24 this summer. She moved out for a year but is going back to school so she moved home as not to have the financial burden getting in the way. She's a bartender at night, real estate broker in the day and going to Columbia to be a writer. I have no problem with it.

Thats kind of how it is with my girl except I don't fukk with her parents at all. Her pops a big ass black nikka who married this little petite japanese lady fresh off the boat to control her like the cacs do. Pops don't even let her or her mom have a key to they own damn house. Her mom doesn't get to go anywhere. He tries to control her like he did her mom but she isn't some traditional japanese girl that will bow down to him like that. She's basically a black woman who was born and raised in Chicago so they fight about everything he tries to do. The irony is he dont like me because he thinks I'm trying to control her. I just support her liberation.
