Kids act differently, who's to say? I'm not excusing the actions of either of them, but I'm simply explaining the rationale.
Whether he's 15 or 30 is completely irrelevant, non sequitur .
I'm not oversimplifying anything whatsoever
I'm just seeing people throwing out buzzwords that have no bearing trying to make something stick: BLACK, UNARMED, TEENAGER, KID, YOUNG
Tell me how any of that is relevant in the context of proving whether or not Zimmerman did something illegal?
I just don't like the emotionally driven red herrings.

A teenager's brain isn't fully developed in regards to decision making. This is science, not my opinion.
The reason why Trayvon Martin being a young black teenager is relevant, is that those facts make it "plausible" in the mind of a jury that he may have initiated the physical altercation between him and George Zimmerman. I don't know how things are in your country, but here in America, young black males are stereotyped as being impulsive and violent.
His defense team was aware of this fact and exploited it.
As you were.![]()

How the fukk is he right?
This is the same guy who wants to, 'free chilly' his drug dealing best friend, found guilty and given a life sentence.
Yet when it comes to an innocent 17 year old, this guy wants to trust the justice system

:ohword: So more sweeping generalizations?
Not all teenagers are dumbasses, and the fact that he's black is not what made the jury think he started it. That's another implication on your part, maybe it was the ballistics and injuries that match up more with Z-man's narrative.
By the way I live in Florida :ohword:
There, gave you an easy softball on that last one
