I usually can’t stand Tariq, but he’s right in this case. WAVE3 is usually the local news wifey and I both watch for.....reasons; example: most of the rednecks I’ve encountered since we moved here hate WAVE3. But both of us have noticed that the coverage of this within the past week has been kinda weird. Which is weird itself, because they usually don’t hesitate to put LMPD’s bullshyt out to the public. Still wondering why her employment record with the city from 2016 has anything to do with her murder in 2020.

WDRB usually brings the fukkery on Facebook

Whenever a black person is shot they immediately go into their background to find the smallest thing they can find.

I remember racists talking about trayvon martin got detention therefore he was a thug. No talk about zimmermans run in with police

Trash:camby:

A local publication, I usually see it in restaurants and shyt like that. I know the article’s title is kinda weird though.

Very curious to see what the mayor of Louisville will do. For those who.dont know, Greg Fischer makes it a point to rally behind Black community initiatives in Louisville and show support for the West End (the main Black neighborhood in Louisville).

That’s one thing I don’t understand about this city. I’m not originally from here, but we moved to the city about 6-7 months ago, and we lived 45 minutes away in Etown from 2013 until we moved up here. Louisville seems pretty progressive, and like you said, local government seems to support the black community to some extent; but wtf is up with LMPD?! They’ve been doing some suspect shyt for years, from what I’ve seen it seems to be mostly in the West End and somewhat in the South. I can’t understand how Chief Conrad still has a job, especially after the Police Explorer sexual abuse scandal. Even conservative white folks were pissed off about that.

We usually stick with WAVE3, if I’m not mistaken they probably have the least conservative spin of all the local stations? I’ve watched WDRB and WHAS a handful of times. I don’t read comments on articles 99% of the time for that reason, shyt gets ignorant really fast. Even on the most positive filler article about some random shyt.
