Exactly. I just feel like someone said something to Bret and that led to the apology. Once dude started ranting on people pill popping in the past(say that 5 times fast) it might have gotten some folks nervous or obviously upset.
Edit: Then again, maybe I'm just being a conspiracy theorist about this.

Even though I agree with most of Bret's rants, there's the odd one that I find *incredibly* dumb (ie: HHH not in top 1000 wrestlers), but I still always look forward to his interviews because the honesty is so damn refreshing compared to most ho-hum interviewees.

The company clearly doesn't care that much about Stampede wrestling. It's been a year since it popped up on the Network and disappeared so clearly they don't care that much about it.
