That is more based around wwe gimmick matches and wwe lack of psychology. Than actual hunter workrate. Coupled with wwe fan gateway bias.
Case in point. The two man power trip tag match. Scsa, jericho and the goat who shall never be named. Had a five star match. While hunter hearst hitler writhed under the ring apron in pain.
When we do a deeper dive. Hunter hearst hitler never carried anyone to a classic. Who was not already a classic making worker on their own. In other promotions who had inferior production quality to film the moment. Meaning with lesser production value. Other workers made classics. With less and no real pr.

In November 1998, during a match on WCW Monday Nitro, Malenko executed a move that would forever alter Hart's career. According to Hart, Malenko dropped him crotch-first onto the top rope, resulting in a severe groin injury. Hart later revealed that this injury required surgery and kept him out of action for several months. What compounded Hart's frustration was Malenko's lack of acknowledgment or apology for the incident. Hart felt that Malenko's execution of the move was reckless, given his smaller stature, and that such a maneuver should have been reserved for larger, stronger wrestlers. This incident led Hart to lose respect for Malenko as a performer, viewing the match as overly rehearsed and lacking in authenticity. Hart's sentiments were echoed by others in the wrestling community, who noted that the move appeared more choreographed than competitive. Despite the controversy, Malenko continued his career in WCW and later in WWE, but the incident with Hart remained a notable chapter in both their careers.
