I'm not going to watch a nerd talk about wrestling for 13 minutes, but I will say that Bret's WCW is kind of underrated at this point. His promos were hilarious, and his matches against guys you'd expect to be good delivered outside of DDP and Sting. Quality matches with Benoit, Dean, Booker, Macho, Flair, and even his last match concussed as fukk in jorts against 2000 era Kevin Nash is quality.

:yeshrug:

Bitter ass Bret coming out to shyt on random stuff without even having a storyline is a general highlight of any Nitro or Thunder in 1998.

You kinda hit what he talked about in the video.
IMO Hes pretty funny (In a nerd way)

Only negatives he said about Bret's run in WCW was his matches with Will Sasso (Mad TV)
he should've been added to the main event picture sooner and he the creative control didn't
really know how to use Bret's full potential (Bret would show up 30 mins early before taping
and the writers didn't have anything written for his character/gimmick)

Brets promos and heel character in WCW were actually good, but from what I remember his feuds and matches besides Flair sucked. He didn't click with DDP, Sting, and Booker or didn't care.

Flawed as fukk argument right off the bat... Bret was like the 6th coolest "toy" at the time and that's being generous

Some toys just get left in the toy box and forgotten. This nu-male host seems pretty oblivious to that fact

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
I'll never understand the logic behind Bret joining the nWo in 1998 and I'll never understand where they were going with it. Supposedly, it was supposed to go that Bret Hart helped Hogan out because he wanted to be the one who beat Hogan, for screwing him over in the WWF, which wouldn't have made Hart look sympathetic at all, since he helped take out people like Macho, Sting, Piper, etc.

WCW logic, brehs. :francis:
