Just listened to an interview and Bret yet again 100% of the time says "my brother owen" lmao.

Dude does not just say his name. It is always "My brother Owen"

it might just be that today's generation dont know who Owen was. By saying my brother it lets the world know he was just as great as I was.
Or maybe thats his way of mentally separating his brother Owen from the wrestler Owen. He loves his brother Owen far more than the wrestler. Probably because how Vince treated the Owen character after bret left

I'm sure he misses his baby brother. Especially the bs reason he passed away when he didn't want to do the stunt, and then Vince continuing the show afterwards and then just moving on.

From him getting betrayed by Vince, whom he previously referred to as a father figure and Bret saying he'd never missed a show in 12 years or so, then his brother dying there.

I'm really surprised he went back in 2010 but he most likely did it just to have some type of closure in his life
