Everyone wants to state the obvious but the people in management who have the power to change his character don't want to adjust the plans so :yeshrug:

No it not the people in management, you know who it really is? It's...Vince. I'm sure people in creative recognize have noticed it's time to change Roman's character but Vince is the one that makes all the final decision and he is held bent on making Roman:Cena 2.0.

Roman is not bad in the ring at all and he can work a good match especially with the right person (Lesnar & Cesaro) as WrestleMania 31 was evidence. Reigns would greatly benefit from a heel turn then again, Vince has the put "a square peg in a round hole" mentality and when his ideas doesn't work he is still determined to do as what Vince wants.

Roman Reigns has the absolute least amount of swag and charisma of anyone on the roster.

You can just look at the way dude dresses and how he come across in public that hes not that alpha male guy that Vince/HHH think he is and hes not able to fake it. In any other era, he'd just have a manager and go from there. A heel turn wouldnt do shyt for him

Damn Ceaser Borgia on roids.

I think putting Roman #30 in the Rumble basically solidified him as a "controversial" tweener they can use to get faces over without an official turn.
