Too little too late.
law experts chime in...i always wondered about this.
corporations can handle it but in these types of suits with regular citizens, when a defendant is ordered to pay millions of dollars yet it's obvious they do not have the money, what happens then?

nothing look at oj, he still owes the goldman family like 30 mill
she should pay 2.6 million
and the state of california thanks on behalf of a fuked up court system should pay him 10 million for not digging deep into this bytch history
so im guessing these people find a way to hide their assets as much as possible?
ahh ok, yeh i'm aware of this. but in case when a bish straight up lied about being raped, in that case would he being suing her and the STATE for their wrong decision on the case?
I haven't read the case, it's hard to say without the details. But a lot of times you will sue that party who is culpable with another party that is also culpable or partially culpable because you know that they will have the money. It's a way of guaranteeing that you get the payment. So for example, if I work for a truck company and I hit you with my truck while performing company tasks, a smart person would sue us both jointly and separately, meaning that each party is responsible for all or part of the payment. So if I'm broke, the company would just pay you the 2.6 million. Hear, I have no idea where that 2.6 million dollar judgment came from, I really would have to read the facts of the case. I'd imagine that amount will be appealed, but they'll never get 2.6 million.
