I saw a few people on twitter suggest he might be gone if they lose this weekend. I have a chargers fan friend that’s wanted him gone since last year. He seems fine to me but I’m not paying attention to the chargers like that

Yup. I won't say this is a token interview, since it's the second or third black coach they've interviewed...but I wouldn't hire him under any circumstances. Kyler certainly needs someone to come in and demand he be better, but he has to also offer solutions. I wouldn't hire a defensive coach for him. I'd be looking at Frank Reich or someone like that. No more young coaches who let Kyler bullshyt...bring in a veteran coach who can fix him.
