Hoyer is a stop gap at best. Who is out there any better? Their roster is legit one of the most talentless top to bottom NFL rosters I've seen in recent memory. Who would you have rather them signed? They aren't winning with anyone at qb this year. Who's getting finessed

Dude I know he just a stop gap. But lets be real....Hoyer not gonna lead any team to the SB. I was just making a point that these white average to below avg QBs stay finessing all the teams and getting multi-M contracts and haven't proved anything whereas u have QBs like Tyrod Taylor who don't get the praise that these mediocre white QBs get.

Hoyer is a decent backup and him being the starter in a pinch wouldn't hurt you to bad if you have a good team in place.

Personally, I think he's the bridge QB for whoever they draft....and I think that pick is gonna be Watson.

However, if they trade that pick for Kirk Cousins, I can see Hoyer backing him up/being "insurance".

Yea I guess. I forgot hoyer played under shanny and knows the offense. But fukk a stop gap. Them grooming days are over for Qbs you get 3 years, feed em to the wolves
