i see both sides of the argument
on one hand a guy can say i'm not being used tonight and when i pitch ideas i get ignored or be given the run around so fukk staying late.
on the other hand u can stick around and ask some the older guys on the roster [Henry, Show, Booker, The Agents] what they can improve on and pick their brain apart.
Bryan pointed something like this out a while back, saying there are guys there that just want a collect a check and sit in the locker room hoping they don't have a match for tv or superstars.
sidebar: lets say some of these dudes want to be used and do stick around but WWE puts them on main event [which is fine, they're still performing] BUT nobody watching on tv will know because they no longer promote main event, then it becomes why the fukk should i care if the show im gonna be on isn't even being put out there...WWE audience>>>individual fan bases
