I hope breh got the mobile phone security camera cause them cacs coming back with the fire bombs. I went by there when i was in austin back in april. Its sad to see all the gentrification and closed down shops. The street on the other side 6th had a whole block of homeless people outside the mission smh
This is what some black folks did in my area. They flipped it and got in on the gentrification game and open a series of pizza shops in black areas including those they are trying to gentrify.
If you guys ever in Nashville make sure to visit Slim & Husky's Pizza Beeria. Fully black owned and also some of the best pizza you will ever have. I'm not overhyping it because it's black owned but objectively speaking, it's some of the best pizza I've ever had. Check their Yelp reviews

my barber used to be a block from sam's. he sold his small parcel of land for a little under 800k two years ago. developers want that whole east side for a hipster playland.

I left the city and headed to pflugerville. It was starting to be too much for me to stay in Austin. The cost is getting worse every year because of these hipsters moving to Austin.
