When I think of him..I think of the dialogue he wrote for Scarlet Witch in House of M #7...which proved he was a ultra lazy writer.
Bendis jumped the shark a long time ago, and has been borderline insufferable going on 5-6 years, with some exceptions.
But in his hey day, he had classics:

Dark Reign
And he created these two:

It'll always be a mixed bag looking at his era with Marvel because he contributed to some of the very best and some of the very worst story telling.
