That might be part of it, but I think a real big part of it, is that men in sub-saharan Africa like dry sex, and that increases your risk of tearing the vagina, which will increase your risk of hiv.

That is not true, when you look at the big picture. For instance, Brian said you can't get hiv in your pee hole. That is not true.
