ya shyt like this is why I don’t follow or keep up with two many actors/actresses outside of their work…especially when they’re practically synonymous with a character…for example even with game of thrones I didn’t watch cast interviews or behind-the-scenes type shyt cuz they’d all be friends and shyt and smiling…foh

I learned my lesson with James Gandolfini and Henry Winkler back in the day :russ:

Old news. We already know he's a thespian and doesn't talk or carry himself like the made-up image some have of a brotha.
:usure:

I mean its whatever if bro is gay. He doesn't have to speak on it, but it shows how good of a actor he is that people can watch Atlanta and think he actually sounds like that in real life. Its like people being shocked when they heard Idris Elba talk for the first time in his natural accent.

The folks we see on TV and movies are almost all theater school types. They came up doing plays and musicals in high school, possibly went to performing arts HS, or went to college for theater. Theyre way more likely to be feminine or whatever than the average black man

:mjlol: I knew this would be the angle of the thread. Yea, I saw an interview with him years ago and was like :dwillhuh:....whoa, nothing like his Paper Boi character that's for sure. And in Widows he plays an even more sinister character. It's kinda like when I realized Idris Elba was British after watching The Wire :russ:. That shyt blew my mind.
