first thing I thought as well. No way this passes inspection.
Even osha won’t allow workers to NOT wear a hard hat until the permanent railings are in place. This is a major fuk up.

UCF probably would have been next in line for one of these because they need a pedestrian bridge on alafaya trail. quite a few students get hit and injured or killed.

I wasn't making any claim.

I was looking at a map of the location of the bridge in Miami-Dade and realized I had just done THIS a month ago, exactly 30 days ago, with Parkland. I looked North and saw similar lakes to where the Parkland school was and mis-judged.

It's not complicated. I made a mistake. I admit my fault. Stay calm.
