I still remember it to this day. My cousins friend who was rwandese. She spoke in this baby doll French accent. I was 18. We were waiting for her and she was late. My cousin was imitating her but I wasn't ready. She finally came over and she was this bougie little broad with a driver. She said in French affected English..
