what is the green gravy made of?
Edit: googled it looks like its just a basic chicken gravy, ie; butter, flour, and chicken stock. but they put chopped parsley in it to give that appearance.
Not sure why they call it liquor, but lots of things get lost in translation between our countries.

UK has the WOAT food outside of Fish n Chips. You gotta hit up the Jamaican, Indian, or american type food joints for good shyt.

Only thing I did try was fish and chips and they don't even season the fish or batter. Just fry it and put salt and vinegar on it when done.

It's like the recipe was conceived in de middle ages and they just kept eating it. I don't know any British dish that has fresh vegetables that actually look like fresh vegetables. Love my UK mandem but UK cac cuisine is a contender for worst food ever.
