I agree with the sentiments in this thread. I'm African from the UK too.

Unless you have a real ideological commitment to marrying a black woman it is almost impossible to avoid white women & I'm in London

White women are literally everywhere you go, I was at a African club on Saturday in Central and the majority of the women were white

I think we sometimes forget that blacks only make up 3% of the UK population, even if I did have a kid with a black woman it's very likely that kid will have kids with a white person.

The only way to avoid this is if you're in a close knit community like Asians (Indian, Pakistani) or Jews. I don't know any African parents that truly care that much if their child marries out.

From what I hear residential segregation isn't as bad as the US either. Do you have many majority Black neighborhoods or communities or is it by country of the parents origin?

Not really. I grew up on a council estate in Hackney, (similar to a project in the US) one of the blackest areas in the UK & even there I don’t think blacks made up more than 50%. White people are everywhere so trying to avoid them is nigh on impossible.

In general black people live everywhere in London although probably more in South London.

How do you segregate in a nation as small as england ? The population density is too high and this is where Anglo-Saxons come from

The same way people segregate everywhere Move in en masse to an area in every major metro and become near the majority. The difference in the UK I think though is there isn't White flight like here in the US. In the US Blacks move to an area, White folks bounce. It seems at least the working class Whites stay around in the UK so segregation doesn't get as extreme.

You can't have white flight because they identify as British first and it's a majority white country with a small landmass.


You can't have race paranoia/ignorance there because whites are forced to interact with other races daily.

This is probably the key difference I've noticed from white Americans and British people.

I'm qualified to speak on this as I'm British Jamaican. I have no problem if we (blacks in Britain) breed ourselves out. It's an individuals choice. So long as there's no coercion, I'm not bothered. Many peoples throughout time and across the world have been absorbed into another culture/people and it'll continue.

I just wish I could be alive 500 years from now to see phenotypically British men having with African surnames like:
Okoro, Okocha, Balogun, Lukaku, Mensah, Mputu, Wangui, Diouf, Boateng, Rusike, Dumile, Choupo-Motin etc. LOL

For my African mother/fatherland brehs, my Y-DNA A0*, A00*, A1*, A2*, A3*, A3a*, A3b*, B1* B2*, B2a*, B2b*, E*, E1a*, E1b1*, E1b1a* (so many subclades like E1b1a7a, E1b1a8a etc), E1b1b* (E-V32*, E-V22*), E2*, E2a*, E2b* and many other SSA Y-DNA brothers - I want you to PAWG as much as possible in Europe and the Americas. It's our time to create a buffer class for black/SSA people.

We need you guys to create mixed offspring with surnames like: Okoro, Okocha, Balogun, Lukaku, Mensah, Mputu, Wangui, Diouf, Boateng, Rusike, Dumile, Choupo-Motin, Zambo-Nguissah, Mba Amoute, Juma, Bol, Garang, Sall, Drogba, Zaha, Quitongo, Ovono, Aubameyang, Shonga, Mweene, Nsibambi, Abdi, Batlokwa etc.
Have lots of sons to pass their genes (and Y-DNA) to the white population or/and mix with their female counterparts. Also teach them your cultures and languages.

This is probably the key difference I've noticed from white Americans and British people.

The way things are portioned up in the UK make that impossible. Some of the most expensive housing areas in London have council housing close by. By design to I believe It's practically impossible to avoid the mix.

I can respect that opinion. I find it interesting though that many of us (Blacks) seem ok with merging into someone else while they are deadset against merging into us. Do you really think African/Caribbean Whites or Asians are going to marry out into the middle/upper middle class Black populations and fade away? I am all for personal freedom and some other groups like Jews are now dealing with the same assimilation issue. No judgment, just an observation.

Also do you wonder if those future White looking people named Boateng are going to anglicize their names?

I noticed alot of British and Canadian Caribbean people actually do want to willingly breed out and disappear. They don't like being black/Africanor associated. Well actually you have 2 camps.
Those who want to stay black to the point they will partner with Africans(due to low numbers in their group) and those who want to erase themselves and happy about doing so.
