She's not able to consent. The point of a conservatorship is to handle the affairs of someone who isn't in a mental state or fit to do so herself.

What people are failing to note is that despite the fact that they are taking advantage of her (her family), Britney is really sick. They didn't make that part up they just weaponized it against her.

Then the courts should have stopped her family/agents from forcing her to work.

If money wasn't changing hands why didn't the courts put a stop to her being forced to work?

Hard to call it.

It's not a 1/0 thing. There are various degrees and it can evolve or devolve on a weekly basis. Plus the drugs they give you is not always to help you be "normal". A lot of times it's to calm you down and so that you don't harm yourself or others. But it can make you slow overtime. Then again sometimes it's either that or let the person be manic.

I guess they sue her. This contract sounds like it was made in the seventh circle of hell. She's not allowed to have kids, she has to work 7 days a week, and she could be at home chilling and then get a phone call from someone saying, "Britney, you're going on tour right now" and she has to drop everything and do it. That sounds so fukked up to me.
