Some of us liked Britt at the start when she was the main person leading a small women's division. Since then, many have surpassed her. She's not that girl anymore, I don't get what's so hard to understand.
Everyone who's watching AEW can see this. Britt herself can't see it. She holding on to what she used to be 5 years ago, even though it's obvious she's actually more of a mid carder than a top level girl.
Imagine if Chelsea Green went around acting like she was Charlotte Flair or Zelina Vega went around acting like she was Sasha Banks. That's Britt Baker currently

This is on point. She was essentially a big fish in a small pond when AEW started in 2019. Take a look at their roster in 2019 and compare it to now

And the 2025 roster doesn't include Athena (who is long overdue to come back from ROH) and the one that debuted last week (forget her name but she's been in Japan for a while).

yeah well she’s probably the best promo in their women’s division so she still does hold some value. she was considered a pillar at one point. if tony loses her it’s going to be an extremely bad look whether sickos want to admit it or not.
