Some of us liked Britt at the start when she was the main person leading a small women's division. Since then, many have surpassed her. She's not that girl anymore, I don't get what's so hard to understand.

Everyone who's watching AEW can see this. Britt herself can't see it. She holding on to what she used to be 5 years ago, even though it's obvious she's actually more of a mid carder than a top level girl.

Imagine if Chelsea Green went around acting like she was Charlotte Flair or Zelina Vega went around acting like she was Sasha Banks. That's Britt Baker currently

Or when Alexa and Carmella were all over the shows, got pregnant and now it’s really no spot for them on the show now cause WWE got their hot blonde now with Tiffany Stratton and she can actually wrestle and there’s other talented women on the roster and a whole bunch of talented girls on NXT waiting to be called up, and Jordynne Grace coming in too.

Just like in those situations, AEW has simply moved passed a need for Britt Baker.

Even beyond the Toni Storm, Willow, Mercedes, Statlander, Mariah May group.. there's women like Harley Cameron who has become a great character who should continue to be pushed or an Anna Jay who is a legit dimepiece and has improved in the ring after a tour in Japan etc.

I'm not saying Dr. Britt has zero value but her wrestling is very mediocre at best and she's apparently causing problems again backstage. Doesn't even make sense to keep her if that's true.

Here’s how I’d fix Britt:

Have her come out and insult the fans and say they aren’t worthy of her. Have her wearing a lab coat and say she’s going back to dentistry. She says they aren’t worthy of her wrestling and damn sure not drooling over her body or her million dollar smile.

Have Tony do a segment a few weeks later at her office and she has the same attitude

Have Tony do a teeth cleaning at her office (typical AEW slapstick segment) and say something to set up her next feud (low level face)

She comes back and wrestles in a modified lab coat, not showing any of her body. Gets the win with some type of move that has face/mouth damage (stunner, un-prettier, super kick)

Another promo insulting the fans etc. babyface makes the save

Get to a stretcher match, make it brutal, Britt wins and as the woman is strapped down have her pull out pliers and try to yank the woman’s wisdom tooth out, have another face make the save, etc.

Britt is now a bonafied heel not a tweeter or face, she has direction and there’s reason for fans to actually react to her that is specific to her and not just “this is awesome” because of match quality
