Britt really is a product of a lot of AEW's talent being really spoiled by the fact that they needed talent BAD in the early days, so Tony overpaid & overpushed a lot of these people.
There's no way people like Jack Perry, Britt Baker, & Sammy Guevara should be as up their own asses as they are, but because AEW was desperate for talent, they think they're real stars.
None of these people would be special in WWE. Hell, most of them would struggle to stand out in NXT.
Jericho told them to appreciate Tony & AEW because the grass is not greener on the other side unless you're a super athlete like Jade or have a name like Cody or Pentagon.

To be fair to Sammy, fatherhood has seemingly made a monumentally positive impact on his attitude.
He came back as a primarily ROH guy, and I’ve heard nothing but positive things from him. He seems to be quite grateful for the opportunity to wrestle in ROH when he could easily be bytching and moaning about not being on TV virtually every week like he was for a looooong time.
